Robert and his team are A+. We had a bit of an issue with damaged panels, but DoorKing was able to get some RMA'd and installed. When those turned out damaged also, DoorKing went above and beyond and pulled some of another brand out of back stock and got my door completed in the same day.Let's face it, setbacks happen. They happen regardless of business, preparation, or planning. It's not that issues will arise, it's how the business handles those issues that matters. I can, very confidently say that DoorKing handled a situation extremely well, going above and beyond, even though they weren't at fault. While I don't see myself needing a door anytime soon, if I do, DoorKing will be my first call, and they should be your first call as well.

I would 100% recommend and use again. My garage needed to be fixed. I called on a Monday. They were able to get me on the schedule that day, door was fixed a day later. On time, knowledgeable and fixed the problem.

I had a great experience with Door King. the original installer of the garage door at my commercial building did a terrible job so the door came off the tracks on Friday. I didn't want to leave the door open over the weekend so I called Door King and Robert and his crew came to the rescue and did an amazing job getting it back on track and working again. I would highly recommend Door King and Robert, they were great to work with and did an amazing job getting me out of a bind.

I would highly recommend Door King Overhead Garage Doors to anyone needing garage door repairs! I had contacted two other local garage door companies, with one never responding back--and the other not responding back after I had contacted them a second time. I put in a request online for a repair estimate with Door King, and Robert called me in about two hours. He came out the very next morning to give me an estimate, and repaired my garage door that same day.Robert was prompt, professional, and courteous, and had my garage door working like new! If you need service for your garage door, don't waste your time calling anyone else! Give Door King a call!

Our garage door quit working and we found Door King online. Due to their 5-star rating and excellent reviews we called them and Robert called back immediately. This was on a Saturday and Monday morning he was here to assess the problem. He returned on Wednesday to replace the parts needed to make our door operational again. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely call them again if needed and highly recommend to others.

Robert was fantastic to work with from day one. He reached out to me within hours of my first inquiry, made my options very clear over the phone, and within 24 hours was at my house to assess my needs and complete the quote. Afterwards, he let me have some time to figure out on my own which option I wanted to do (no pressure!) and once I had decided, I was on the books within days to make the repair. He and Kade were very professional, showed up right when they said they would, walked me through everything, did great work, and when everything was done, the final price was exactly what was quoted. I will definitely turn to Door King for any additional needs we have in the future and I recommend them 11/10!

When the garage door accidentally came down on the open hatch of our van Door King came over within the hour and fixed it and also discovered another unknown problem that could have hurt the (fairly new)garage door opener itself. Great prompt service. They quickly installed a new garage door opener for us. Once a manufacturing defect was noticed in the first replacement, they quickly installed a new one and made sure it works great.
